BANCARROTA IS PERSONAL

Are you thinking of filing bancarrota? This is a very personal decision that is not right for everyone and every situation. If you have debts or other financial troubles this might be the solution for you to give some thought to. Debt is not always the result of making bad financial decisions. Sometimes these bills add up from an accident or because you went or are going through a divorce. There are some many unforeseen circumstances that could lead a person into financial debt. You may be held responsible for a situation that may or not have been beyond your control. Whatever the reason for your debt filing for bancarrota may be what you need to put your financial problems in order. These bills can put a big strain on you life. Filing bancarrota may take some of the stress out of your life. Why not look into it? I know of a company on the Internet that is written in Spanish. My Spanish-speaking friends all say that this site is very informative and has helped them make a decision that was right for their situation. I know that fining bancarrota is probably one of the last steps you would want to take. But if you can get the right company to help you it may save your future credit rating and help you get back on your feet.

BANCARROTA OR NOT

We have a lot of bills and cannot afford to pay them. My husband was let go from his job because they told him they were downsizing the company due to the economy. He is having a hard time finding another job because he is not in very good health anymore. He was working in a factory and so many of the factory jobs that he has been looking at are for hard physical labor jobs and he cannot handle heavy lifting at this time. We have five children and it is very expensive to keep them fed and clothed and healthy. We came here from Mexico ten years ago because we thought that finding jobs here is better than over there. At first that was the case, but now it is very hard to find a job. My friend told me to think about filing for bancarrota. My husband and I really hope that we don’t end up having to do that. He is willing to work as hard as he can to pay our bills, but without a job that is not possible. He heard of a site on-line that is written in Spanish. It is for people who are thinking about filing bancarrota. Maybe they can help us find an answer and we won’t have to file for bancarrota.

IS BANCARROTA TERRIBLE?

Bancarrota is a terrible thing. At least, that is what many people used to think. These days the law is so hard to cheat on that only the honest ones who really need the help are able to find it. There are so many new rules and regulations within the last year or so that the situation of bankruptcy is so different than it was in the past. It is much harder to file for bankruptcy now so you must be careful whom you go to get advice on this subject. If you get the right information, it does not have to be bad after all. Laws of bankruptcy are in place for those who have misfortunes come their way and cannot prevent. It can be a good thing as it helps resolve many financial issues and aids you by helping you start over debt free. Hopefully people that end up filing bancarrota will learn how to manage their money and debts in the future and not have any problems with it again. By getting good advice and filing bankruptcy you realize that there is a way out if you get really desperate and have no other way to go.

LEARNING A LESSON

I once met a man who said that he had a trick to living in such an expensive world. He would apply for credit cards and charge everything he bought, including food, clothing, furniture and even the gas for his auto, and pay them off by only paying the minimum amount due. He would accumulate so much credit and was in debt a tremendous amount but he only paid minimum amounts on these accounts. Then one day he realized he couldn’t pay these bill and decided to declare bancarrota and wasn’t responsible for any of the old charges. This was many many years ago and he waited a long while to start it up again. Starting in his old patterns, he ran up high credit card bills once again. He thought all he had to do was declare bancarrota again. Unfortunately for him the laws had changed and he was still responsible for all that he had charged this time. Poor man didn’t know what to do with himself. Well, serves him right for trying to trick the system. I really hope that he learned a lesson this time and will be much more careful in his spending habits from now on.

SUCCESSFUL ENGINEERING FIRM

Just think of that! Our dad left us so much money in his will! After all, he was head of a very prominent and successful engineering firm. But—he left out my youngest sister because she was ungrateful and called him all kinds of mean names. She isn’t working out there in Santa Barbara, spent all her divorce money and now lives above a store along Market Street out there. I visited with her a couple of years ago and all she wanted to do was play poker on her computer and watch the soaps. She said she might have to sell her television and file for bancarrota. When she was married to this oil tycoon, they lived in one of those little palaces around Santa Barbara. But apparently they became bored with one another, as rich folks often do, and he started sleeping around, so that pretty much did it. She wasn’t working when she was married, either, just strolled around downtown Santa Barbara walking their three dogs and buying all kinds of knick-knacks at the antique stores. When she wasn’t doing that, she took to drinking. She became what I call “Martini Mary.” But never mind that! I don’t know what I’m going to do with all this money. It’s at least twenty times the amount of money I’ve ever had before! Wait till I tell my husband Sam, who works for the federal government at $12 an hour. Will he ever plotz! I hope he doesn’t pass out.
