Does anyone know about a dependable place for Oriental rug cleaning in Chicago? My neighbor, Mary was really disappointed when she had her Oriental rug cleaned last year and doesn’t want to use that same rug cleaners again. She was in a hurry and just called a few rug cleaners and ended up taking the least expensive cleaners she could find. When her rug was returned the color was dull and it still had some small spots on it. I told her that when my Aunt Clara had her Oriental cleaned in Michigan, she called many places and asked a lot of questions. You want to make sure that they are experiences with all type of Oriental rugs and are able to handle spots and/or stains in a way that would not harm the carpet. I am sure there are many good Oriental rug cleaners in Chicago but you really have to look for them. You get what you pay for and I guess that goes equally well with a product as a service. You should not only base you search on price. You need experience and properly trained individuals who know how to handle Oriental rugs. Mary is now making a list of question to ask Oriental rug cleaners and I’m sure the more questions she asked the easier it will be to find information on Oriental rug cleaning in Chicago.
