OPPORTUNITY COST

Lacy is the director of the Jersey Boys and she had to figure how many seats were available to match with the events tickets being sold. There are about five hundred seats. She had to mark prices on seats with good viewing higher than the seats that are not good at all. Then she had to find seats she thought would not be the best and not the worst seats and mark them middle price. She calculated and found out she can sell about one hundred sixty six seats for each price range. She knew the top seats would sell really fast even with a high price range because people hated sitting where they can barely see the stage. She had to make some arrangement also because if the people who paid for the front row seats do not show up she will let some middle seats take the front row seats The day came she had to count how many of the Jersey Boys tickets were being stamped at the gates to make sure everyone will have a seat when they come to the play. To her surprise almost all the seats filled up except for many fifth row and that is unusual. A lot of times most people never show up even when they did buy the ticket to the show. Not for today though everyone showed up and enjoyed the show.
