My wife and I have been apartment shopping for a few weeks now. I have seen a few apartments that I really liked, but my wife insists that we buy an apartment with a walk in closet. She even bought walk in closet organizers already. She says that she has wanted a walk in closet since she was a little girl and that she will not settle for an apartment with no walk in closet; she will not see the walk in closet organizers that she bought go to waste. I have tried to explain to her that we will be living in this apartment for only a few years. We plan on having a family within the next few years. We are just waiting for me to get the promotion that I have been waiting for to start thinking about having children. As soon as my wife is pregnant with our child, we will start looking for a family-sized house in a safe, suburban area with good schools. I will also have to sell my Corvette and start looking for a mini van to buy. That is the one thing about having children that I truly dread. I have had that car since I was nineteen.
